In response to the growing need for accessible higher education among employed individuals, MGM’s Institute of Management Studies & Research (Working Professionals) has introduced the Master of Management Studies (MMS) programme specifically tailored for working professionals. This initiative aims to facilitate professional advancement and promotion by enabling participants to pursue a prestigious postgraduate degree without interrupting their careers.

The MMS is a two-year, full-time postgraduate programme approved by AICTE, offering a strategic blend of academic rigour and workplace relevance. It provides in-depth training in contemporary management practices, strategic thinking, and leadership development.

Eligibility Criteria

Citizen of India.
Completed a minimum 3-year Bachelor’s degree from a UGC/AIU recognized University.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks required (45% for Reserved Category, EWS and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
Non-zero positive score in CET / CAT / CMAT / XAT / ATMA / MAT / GMAT.
Minimum 1 year of full-time/regular work experience.
Currently working in an organization located within 50 km of the Institute.
