MMS Lateral Entry refers to direct admission into the second year of the Master of Management Studies (MMS) program. Candidates who have passed B. E. or B. Tech or BBA or BMS (4 Years) are eligible for it. This pathway helps students with prior foundational knowledge fast-track their post-graduate management education.

The first year focuses on core management subjects, while the second year allows specialization in a chosen domain. It also includes internships and project work.
